Future Voices is a small-group developmental programme for young people aged 11–17, combining English communication with public speaking, debate, critical thinking, literature, creativity, leadership, project development and international competition preparation.
Students learn by communicating, collaborating and completing authentic challenges — developing skills they can use at school, university and on the international stage.

Why This Approach Works
Communicative Learning
Students develop English by actually using it — discussing, negotiating, presenting, questioning and responding.
Task-Based Learning
Learners complete meaningful challenges such as debates, case studies, presentations, projects and problem-solving activities. English becomes the tool for achieving an outcome rather than simply a subject to memorise.
When students have a meaningful reason to communicate, language becomes more memorable, confidence grows and participation becomes purposeful.

International Public Speaking
Develop confident delivery, storytelling, rhetorical techniques, audience awareness and stage presence for school, academic and international environments.
Competitive Debating
Learn to analyse motions, build arguments, use evidence, challenge assumptions, rebut opposing views and communicate respectfully under pressure.
Modern English Literature & Global Interpretation
Explore age-appropriate modern fiction, drama, poetry and speeches while examining themes such as identity, freedom, technology, inequality, belonging and social responsibility.
Improvisation Under Pressure
Develop spontaneity, active listening, adaptability and confidence when speaking without complete preparation.
Case Studies & Problem-Solving
Analyse realistic situations, identify stakeholders, separate facts from assumptions, evaluate possible solutions and defend a final recommendation.
Entrepreneurship & Project Development
Older students identify real problems, conduct research, develop solutions and pitch projects while learning the foundations of innovation, leadership and entrepreneurial thinking.

From First Voice to World Stage
Future Voices gives students a long-term goal. As their communication, reasoning and collaborative abilities develop, they may progress towards international summer schools and academic competitions where English is used authentically alongside students from around the world.
A Goal That Gives Learning Purpose
Students often become more motivated when the skills they practise lead towards a meaningful real-world goal. International competitions and summer schools provide that purpose: learners know that the ability to debate, present, collaborate and think independently may eventually be used in front of an international audience.

International participation is an opportunity students can work towards, not a requirement of joining Future Voices. The programme is valuable in its own right, and competition readiness depends on age, English level, commitment, teamwork and developmental readiness.
What a Typical Session Looks Like
Connect & Warm Up
Short speaking, improvisation or interaction challenge.
Skill Focus
Introduce one communication, reasoning or presentation skill.
Guided Practice
Students practise in pairs or small groups.
Collaborative Challenge
Debate, project, case study, literature activity or problem-solving task.
Present & Perform
Students communicate their ideas to an audience.
Reflect & Improve
Feedback, language development and personal target setting.
Small Groups, High Participation
Future Voices operates through small-group workshops so every student has repeated opportunities to speak, collaborate, lead, receive feedback and contribute meaningfully.
Approximately 5–7 students per workshop group during the pilot phase.
